Chapters

Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia

Pride in Law is a National LGBTIQA+ Law Association with a National Board of Directors who support State and Territory Chapters to give effect to Pride in Law's vision on the ground.

There are currently Chapters in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia. You can find contact details and hear more about each Chapter in their respective sub-page.

Next Chapter: South Australia

Pride in Law is expanding to South Australia! We take a measured approach with our expansions noting everyone in Pride in Law is a volunteer.

Pride in Law is calling for expressions of interest to be part of the Implementation Team in South Australia. You can see further details below of what it means to be part of an Implementation Team.

The National Board of Directors hope to have an Implementation Team in 2024 so the South Australia Chapter can be formally set up as part of the Chapter elections in 2025.

Please reach out to director@prideinlaw.org if you are based in South Australia and keen to be part of this journey!

What is an Implementation Team?

The National Board of Directors work with an Implementation Team to start the groundwork on setting up a successful Chapter. It is a great opportunity for you to be part of Pride in Law's growth and establish yourself as a recognisable leader for inclusion.

  • You will report to the National Chairperson of Pride in Law.

  • You will have the opportunity to informally represent Pride in Law through networking with industry bodies and associations.

  • You will be given first preference to be part of the formal Chapter once launched.

  • You will have the opportunity to connect and learn from the National Board of Director and Chapters
